Privacy Policy

This page explains how fortbendacpros.com handles the information a homeowner sends through it. Fort Bend AC Pros is the name this site operates under; "we" and "us" below mean that.

Information the form collects

Whatever you type into it: your name, a phone number, an email address, the service address and area, and a description of the problem. Two things get recorded that you do not type — which page the form was submitted from, and the IP address it came from, the latter purely to keep automated submissions out.

Where it goes

To an independent, TDLR-licensed air conditioning contractor working in your part of Fort Bend County, so they can call you back and arrange a diagnosis or a quote. This site is a referral service and does not perform HVAC work. Your details are not sold on.

Tracking

Google Analytics runs on every page, which sets cookies and tells us roughly how many people read what. Retargeting pixels from Meta and Google are wired in but fire only where they have been switched on, and would be used to show ads to people who have already visited. Your browser's settings can block all of it.

Contact

If any of the above raises a question, or you would rather we did not keep your details, tell us on the contact page.
